the Sea
Get in the Galley with Chef Dez as he demonstrates some
of the most delicious seafood comfort recipes. Tonight
we will make scrumptious Spicy Seaside Stew served with
Soda Bread, Whitefish with a decadent Sundried Tomato
Butter Sauce, and his tasty version of Clam Chowder
which combines the best of New York red and Boston white
clam chowders. Miss this class and you’ll have to walk
the plank!

can come for an enjoyable evening on the 13th? Chef
Dez has some great ideas for you. Tonight he will prepare
some romantic recipes that will be sure to ignite the
passion. We will start off with Cajun Pan Fried Oysters
served with Chipotle Mayo, Broiled Asparagus, Rack of
Lamb with Blueberry Wine Reduction and Garlic Mashed
Potatoes for the main course, and then Quinoa Chocolate
Cake with Vanilla Bean Ice Cream for dessert! You will
