is St. Patrick’s Day and the perfect day to celebrate
with Irish food! Come join Chef Dez in this salute to
the Irish as we explore Irish cooking with a glass of
Guinness beer and Dez’s twist on the following classic
Irish recipes: incredible Dublin Coddle, mouth-watering
Soda Bread, and classic Colcannon with a Guinness Cream

Rustic Soups & Crusty Italian Bread
Monday March 29/10, 6:30-9pm – Everyone
loves soup & bread! Chef Dez will show you how easy
it is to create flavourful soups and crusty bread from
scratch. Tonight we will make Oven Roasted Tomato Soup
garnished homemade croutons, flavourful Italian Minestrone,
and show you how to make Crusty Italian Bread from scratch
that requires no kneading! This bread is amazing and
is as beautiful as ones you would pay $5 for at a specialty
bakery… and because it requires no kneading, you won’t
believe how easy this is! Soup and bread will never

Wednesday April 28/10, 6:30-9pm – If
you have store bought salad dressings in your refrigerator
right now, then you need to take this class. Making
salad dressings from scratch is not only a way to reduce
the number of preservatives in your diet, but a great
way to create flavour in the kitchen – and Chef Dez
will show you how easy it can be. Tonight we will explore
the science of dressing making with a Quick Oil &
Vinegar, a delicious Fat Free Coleslaw, a flavourful
Mediterranean dressing, and Dez’s special Caesar Salad
made with blackened chicken and homemade croutons!

is always the best when it comes to seafood, but what
is the best way to handle live shellfish? Tonight Chef
Dez will work with live crabs, mussels and clams in
three exciting recipes from his new book: Amazing Garlic
Roasted Crab, Tomato & Sausage Clams, and the Easiest
Mussels Recipe Ever. All served with a chunk of crusty

Monday July 5/10, 6:30-9pm - Pubs are
very popular and the food is enjoyed by many. Chef Dez
will teach you how to make some great Pub food at home
with three incredible recipes. We will start the class
with tender Merlot Sauced Steak Sandwiches that are
to die for! This will be followed by the most flavourful
Mozzarella Stuffed Hamburger you have ever eaten, and
an Irish Pub classic: Guinness Shepherd’s Pie. Soon

and whether you are diabetic or just want to cut some
calories, this class is for you! Fiery Asian Grilled
Pork Chops are marinated in Splenda, chillies, and tons
of garlic, then grilled and glazed with a marinade reduction.
