Wednesday, March 27, 2013, 7pm - Louisiana Cajun & Creole Southern Cooking
Do you want to enjoy the flavours and aromas of this wonderful cuisine, then tonight you need to spend it with Chef Dez. This Louisianna inspired menu starts off with mouth-watering Chicken & Sausage Gumbo, followed by moist and flavourful Creole Halibut Pouches, and the secret to the best homemade classic Pralines served on vanilla bean ice cream for a classic Southern dessert.

Tuesday, April 9, 2013, 7pm - Rustic Italian Cooking
Everyone loves Italian food! Chef Dez is the one to learn from as he will show you how to prepare these recipes you will fall in love with. We will start off with a great Mediterranean Salad, and then move on to a pasta course with a classic Linguine Puttanesca – this sauce can be made in the same time it takes you to boil water and cook the pasta – great for those nights when you get home late from work! For the main course we will have Mediterranean Stuffed Pork Loin served with marinated & grilled asparagus.

Wednesday, April 17, 2013, 7pm – Fresh Pasta and 3 Sauces!
Have you ever wanted to know how to make fresh pasta from scratch? This is the night for you! Chef Dez will walk you through the basics of fresh pasta making and he’ll make oodles of noodles for you to eat along with 3 great pasta sauces: Classic Tomato, Sausage & Fennel, and a great Lamb Sauce. You will feel like you’re in the heart of Italy tonight!

Wednesday, May 1, 2013, 7pm - Fire up your grill for the May Long Weekend
The May Long Weekend is fast approaching, but before you dust off your BBQ you better spend the evening with Chef Dez. Tonight we will make the best Grilled Meat Jambalaya you have ever tasted, mouth watering Cajun Grilled Flank Steak served over Polenta, and the most incredible grilled pork recipe ever: Fiery Asian Grilled Pork Chops!

Tuesday, May 21, 2013, 7pm – Warm Flavours of India
Chef Dez dabbles in many different types of cuisines and tonight he will be offering up some aromatic earthy flavours from India! First we will start off with a coconut milk infused Chic Pea Curry as a starter. The main course will be everybody’s favourite: Butter Chicken on rice (you won’t believe how easy this is to make!) and an Indian Spiced Rice Pudding for dessert.

Thursday, June 6, 2013, 7pm – Mexican Feast!
Bring your appetite as we dish out the food Mexican style tonight! Chef Dez will walk you through his versions of the following great Mexican inspired dishes: Fresh Cut Salsa & Chunky Guacamole with tortilla chips, then moving onto complex tasting authentic Black Bean Soup, and finally his twist on a classic Chicken Mole with Rice recipe that will have you doing a sombrero dance by the evening’s end!

Tuesday, June 18, 2013, 7pm - Fire up the BBQ for Summer
Summer is the outdoor entertaining season and it is fast approaching! If you are looking for some great BBQ recipes, then you’ve come to the right place. Chef Dez will be demonstrating and serving the following tasty recipes: First we will start off with Fire Roasted Corn & Black Bean Salsa served with tortilla chips as an appetizer. Then we will move onto Grilled Vegetable Salad with Blueberry Vinaigrette, delicious Grilled Cinnamon Pork Tenderloin with Pinot Gris Applesauce for the main course, and for dessert... grilled seasonal fruit with Vanilla Ice Cream. The relationship between you and your BBQ will never be the same again.
