CALIFORNIA ROLLS. No raw fish here! Come and learn how
to make this wonderful cuisine. You will not believe
how easy and economical it can be. Everyone will receive
their own rolling mat and approximately 80 pieces of
California roll to take home - so invite your friends
over that night for a sushi party!

GREEK COOKING LEVEL ONE. We all love going to Greek
restaurants, now instead learn to make the food yourself.
Have a blast while making (and eating) the basics in
Greek Cuisine. In this introductory level we will tackle
mouth-watering souvlaki, tzatziki, roasted Greek potatoes,
hummus, Greek salad, a wonderful Greek dessert, and
more! This class is a combination of 'hands-on' instruction
and demonstration by Chef Dez.

GREEK COOKING LEVEL TWO. Bring your Greek dinner to
new heights as we take the mysteries out of more elaborate
Greek dishes! Pita bread from scratch, stuffed grape
vine leaves (dolmades), and spanikopitas (phyllo pastry
wrapped spinach and feta triangles) are the dishes planned
for this class. Greek Level One is not a prerequisite
for this class but both levels are highly recommended!

ENTERTAINING IDEAS FROM THE MEDITERRANEAN. Tonight we
take a virtual trip to the Mediterranean with Chef Dez
to expand your repertoire of entertaining ideas for
the fast approaching holiday season. In this hands-on
class you will learn to make the most flavourful Italian
Polenta you have ever tasted, Greek Spanikopita (phyllo
pastry wrapped spinach and feta triangles), and Roasted
garlic Mediterranean Spread. Take home your creations
at the end of the class - so bring containers!
