AHOY MATEY! COMFORT FOOD FROM THE SEA - Get in the Galley with Chef Dez as he demonstrates some of the most delicious seafood comfort recipes. Tonight we will make scrumptious Spicy Seaside Stew served with Soda Bread, Whitefish with a decadent Sundried Tomato Butter Sauce, and his tasty version of Clam Chowder which combines the best of New York red and Boston white clam chowders. Miss this class and you’ll have to walk the plank!

GREEK FAMILY FOOD - The focus of tonight’s class is Greek favourites that the whole family will love… even the most discriminating kids! On the menu tonight is Baked Salt & Pepper Pita Chips served with Sundried Tomato Hummus, lemon drenched Greek Rubbed Chicken on Rice, and Greek Burgers with fresh homemade Tzatziki. Come to this class and your family will thank you!
