He’ll teach you the following three great recipes: Fat-Free Sweet Potato Bisque – a healthy soup that is a rich as a cream based soup but has no fat; Sweet Potato Pesto Gratin – a vegetable side dish that even the kids will love; and delicious Sweet Potato Spinach Patties with Pomegranate Demi-Glaze.
