though we are officially entering the fall, many people
still use their grill for a few more months, if not year
round. Come join Chef Dez as he shares some secrets of perfecting
cooking on the BBQ. Tonight’s class will consist of cajun
grilled flank steak with grits, grilled meat jambalaya,
and grilled brie & apple pizza. You don’t want to miss
this class — it will sell out for sure! Please do not eat
before you arrive.

Come and learn how to make pasta dough from scratch and
turn it into stuffed tortellini and ravioli — you won’t
believe how fun and economical it can be. This class is
completely hands-on. Everyone will make their own batch
of dough and filling. Students are required to bring a container
large enough to take home their creations in, and cooler
to place this container in.

Greek food, just like you get in the restaurants! Tonight’s
menu includes, a classic Greek salad, chicken souvlaki,
most delicious lemon roasted potatoes, and tzatziki and
hummus served with pita bread for dipping! You will be making
this menu at home for company next weekend!
