2 dates to choose from! Even though we are officially entering the fall, many people still use their grill for a few more months, if not year round. Come join Chef Dez as he shares some secrets of perfecting cooking on the BBQ. Tonight’s class will consist of cajun grilled flank steak with grits, grilled meat jambalaya, and grilled brie & apple pizza. You don’t want to miss this class — it will sell out for sure! Please do not eat before you arrive.

2 dates to choose from! Come and learn how to make pasta dough from scratch and turn it into stuffed tortellini and ravioli — you won’t believe how fun and economical it can be. This class is completely hands-on. Everyone will make their own batch of dough and filling. Students are required to bring a container large enough to take home their creations in, and cooler to place this container in.

2 dates to choose from! Join Chef Dez as he demonstrates some simply delicious traditional Greek food, just like you get in the restaurants! Tonight’s menu includes, a classic Greek salad, chicken souvlaki, most delicious lemon roasted potatoes, and tzatziki and hummus served with pita bread for dipping! You will be making this menu at home for company next weekend!
